CEYS Sellatodo Gray is a low-modulus neutral silicone designed to create flexible and durable joints for indoor and outdoor use. It is suitable for construction work, perimeter sealing of windows and metalwork, non-structural expansion joints, pipe penetrations, non-pressurized piping, HVAC and ventilation systems, precast concrete components, and applications in bathrooms and kitchens. Its gray color is particularly well-suited for concrete, cement, aluminum, and industrial-style finishes.

It adheres without a primer to numerous substrates, including concrete, cement, marble, zinc, PVC, polyester, polyacrylate, epoxy, Formica, glass, and various metals. Since it is neutral-curing, it is non-corrosive to metals. It has an approximate density of 1.02 g/cm³, skins in about 4 minutes, and cures approximately 2.6 mm during the first 24 hours. Once cured, it accommodates joint movement of ±25%, offers 100% elastic recovery, has a Shore A hardness of 23, and an elongation at break of up to 730%. Its operating temperature range is between -40 and +180 °C.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. It is applied with a spray gun and must be smoothed out before skin formation. The application temperature ranges from 5 to 40 °C. Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE, fish tanks, or in food-contact applications.
