CEYS Xpress Paintable Joint and Crack Sealer is a fast-drying acrylic putty designed to repair cracks and fill low-movement joints in walls, ceilings, and the junctions between different building elements. It is suitable for joints between window or door frames and masonry, joints between drywall panels, settlement cracks, and repairs on concrete, cement, mortar, brick, stone, drywall, plaster, wood, metal, aluminum, or marble. It can be used indoors and outdoors as long as it is not in continuous contact with water.

Its High Flex technology provides high flexibility and filling capacity, allowing it to cover thicknesses of up to approximately 5 mm without shrinkage. The acrylic formulation has an approximate density of 1.62 g/ml and an elongation at break of 250–500%. Its temperature resistance ranges from approximately -10 to +70 °C. One of its main advantages is that it can be painted or varnished after just 30 minutes on joints less than 3 mm wide. It does not shrink or crack as it dries.

The surface must be clean and free of dust, grease, mold, and loosely adhering particles. It is applied using a cartridge gun and smoothed while still wet. The wet product can be cleaned off with water; once dry, it must be removed mechanically. It must not be used in applications involving permanent immersion, fish tanks, or food contact, nor on porcelain, mirrors, ceramics, polyethylene, polypropylene, or PTFE.
