Montack turbo transparente

Montack Turbo Transparente CEYS is a full-bond mounting adhesive developed for projects that require both quick bonding and a transparent finish. Its Double Grip technology allows the adhesive to bond upon initial contact, accelerate drying, and secure the pieces in approximately 15 minutes. It is especially useful for storefronts, decorative elements, handrails, glass staircases, combinations of glass with wood or aluminum, and other applications where the adhesive must be virtually invisible.

It bonds to porous and non-porous materials such as wood, concrete, plaster, brick, glass, mirrors, stone, marble, tile, polystyrene, roof tiles, plastic, cork, metal, and cement. It can be used indoors and outdoors, on delicate or damp surfaces, and even in underwater applications. CEYS specifies a temperature resistance range of -15 to +90 °C and high final strength.

Surfaces must be cleaned before bonding. The product is applied with a caulking gun in dots or beads onto one of the pieces, and the pieces are joined immediately by applying pressure for a few seconds. No more than 2 minutes should elapse between application and joining. The position can be adjusted for approximately 10 minutes, and the adhesive reaches its maximum strength after about 24 hours. Do not use on polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE, or on brittle, powdery, non-stick surfaces, or surfaces with poorly adhered paint.
