Aguastop Silicona Líquida

CEYS Aguastop Liquid Silicone is a highly thixotropic waterproofing coating designed to repair fissures, cracks, breaks, and small water ingress points in roofs and structural elements. Its consistency allows it to be applied to horizontal, vertical, and sloped surfaces with minimal sagging. It adheres to mortar, concrete, metals, roof tiles, wood, stone, brick, ceramic, and various plastics, and can even be applied to damp, wet, or submerged surfaces.

The translucent version contains 95 ±0.5% solids, has an elongation of approximately 250%, a tensile strength of 0.50 N/mm², and a Shore A hardness of 10 ±2. It forms a skin in about 20 minutes and develops initial resistance to rain after 4 hours. The service temperature range specified by CEYS is -25 to +70 °C. The membrane is 100% waterproof, flexible, does not shrink, and offers high resistance to UV radiation and weathering thanks to PROBARRIER technology.

The substrate must be cleaned of dust, grease, mold, efflorescence, and poorly adhered coatings. It is applied with a putty knife, trowel, or brush at temperatures between +5 and +25 °C, ensuring a minimum thickness of 3 mm. If a second coat is required, it must be applied after 24 hours. It is not compatible with PP, HDPE, LDPE, PTFE, EPDM, butyl, or certain synthetic or bituminous membranes.
