CEYS Total Tech Gray is a highly versatile hybrid adhesive and sealant that combines mechanical bonding strength with elasticity and waterproofing properties. It is designed for bonding and sealing construction materials, insulation boards and sandwich panels, profiles, sheet metal, metal or plastic parts, mirrors, pipes, watertight joints, expansion joints, cracks, and fissures. It can be used indoors and outdoors on porous or non-porous materials and can be applied to dry, damp, wet, or even submerged surfaces.

Its formulation is free of water and solvents and has a dry residue of over 95%, with no significant shrinkage or shrinkage. It is thixotropic, with a sag of 0 mm, and forms a skin in approximately 7 minutes at 23 °C. It achieves a tensile strength of 3.0 MPa—approximately 300 kg/10 cm²—an elongation at break of over 370%, and a Shore A hardness between 45 and 50. Its service temperature ranges from -40 to +90 °C, and its application temperature ranges from +5 to +35 °C. It is resistant to UV radiation and can be painted within the first 24 hours, preferably with acrylic paints.

Surfaces must be sound and free of dust, grease, mold, or poorly adhered coatings. When used as an adhesive, apply in dots or beads, keeping the parts immobilized for at least 24 hours. When used as a sealant, the joint must be completely filled. Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE, plasticized PVC, or systems subjected to water or gas pressure.
