Yeso Fino de Rellenos

Beissier White Cement Mortar is a masonry mortar for repairs in bathrooms and kitchens. It is suitable for installing toilets and plumbing fixtures, laying tiles, terrazzo, or decorative tiles, finishing joints between floors and walls, and repairing concrete, mortar, cement boards, brick, or stone. It can be used indoors and outdoors and bears the CE marking in accordance with EN 998-2.

It is composed of cement and aggregates, in a declared ratio of 70% and 30%, respectively. It has a particle size of less than 0.2 mm, an approximate paste density of 1.9 g/cm³, and a compressive strength greater than 30 N/mm², corresponding to M30. Its fire reaction class is A1. It can be applied in layers up to 20 mm thick, and its approximate coverage is 1.5 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness.

Mix with 0.35 liters of water per kilogram of powder until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained; let it rest for 5 minutes and apply with a putty knife or trowel. The mixture remains workable for about 3 hours at 20 °C and dries in approximately 24 hours. For fillers, it can be mixed with sand in a ratio of one part cement to three or four parts sand. The substrate must be firm, dry, clean, and free of poorly adhered sections. Apply between 5 and 30 °C and avoid plaster, paint, and substrates with permanent moisture.
