All-Purpose Water-Based Paint is a versatile paint designed to create adhesion and provide a finish on surfaces where conventional paint may present problems. It can be used on iron, steel, zinc, aluminum, copper, galvanized metal, rigid PVC, polyester, methacrylate, melamine, tile, ceramic, glass, wood, particleboard, and mineral surfaces. It also functions as an anti-corrosive primer on metals and as a pore-filling sealer on wood.

Its water-based formula is odorless, does not yellow, and offers excellent adhesion, a satin finish, and heat resistance up to 100 °C, which is why Beissier even recommends its use on heating pipes. It dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes and offers a theoretical coverage of about 10–12 m²/L per coat. It can be applied with a brush, roller, or spray gun.
