Mortero Reperfilado Reparación BMB 6012

BMB 6012 is a technical mortar intended for the non-structural repair of concrete; it is particularly suitable for reconstructing deteriorated sections of balconies, staircases, walls, panels, precast elements, and other cementitious structures. It is designed to restore damaged areas through manual application or filling, as well as to restore the reinforcement cover when the original concrete is deteriorated or carbonated. It bears the CE marking in accordance with EN 1504-3 for concrete structure repair products.

It allows for application thicknesses ranging from approximately 3 to 100 mm, facilitating deep repairs without the need for multiple thin layers. It exhibits good adhesion to mineral substrates and does not require a bonding primer under suitable conditions. At thicknesses greater than 3 mm, it forms a waterproof layer while maintaining vapor permeability. Additionally, it offers rapid development of mechanical strength and resistance to chlorides, sulfates, and seawater—characteristics that are particularly valuable for exterior repairs or in aggressive environments. The approximate coverage is about 1.5 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness.
