Mortero Impermeable Reparación BMA 3005

BMA 3005 Waterproof Repair Mortar is designed to repair, protect, and waterproof mineral surfaces, particularly concrete, cement, stone, brick, and cement boards. It can be used on facades, walls, terraces, garages, and elements such as balconies, pillars, cornices, overhangs, joints, potholes, or cracks. It also allows for anchoring and the installation of curbs, drip edges, steps, and other elements. For facades, Beissier recommends waterproofing for thicknesses of approximately 3 mm or greater.

It is formulated with natural cement that is resistant to sulfates, chlorides, and acidic water; it exhibits very low shrinkage and does not release lime. It combines high adhesion, rapid setting, water-repellent properties, and low water absorption with high vapor permeability. It is also suitable for marine environments and areas subject to moisture. Its thixotropic nature facilitates vertical application without sagging.

It can be applied in thicknesses ranging from approximately 1.5 to 15 mm, with a pot life of about 30 minutes at 20 °C. The approximate coverage is 1.4 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness, and drying time ranges from approximately 24 to 48 hours, depending on conditions.
