Mortero Base Recrecido BMB 18015

BMB 18015 Base Mortar for Building Up is a cementitious mortar designed for rendering, building up, and leveling mineral substrates such as concrete, cement, and ceramic brick masonry. It can be used both indoors and outdoors and is particularly suitable for restoring flatness, correcting irregularities, or preparing a base before applying subsequent coatings. Beissier also recommends it as a substrate for two-coat systems finished with acrylic mortars.

Its formulation offers good plasticity and workability, allowing for manual application or application using a spray machine. It has low water absorption and maintains vapor permeability—properties that are particularly well-suited for facades. It is classified according to EN 998-1 as a GP CSIV W1 plastering and rendering mortar. The mixture is prepared using approximately 3.75 liters of water per bag and has a working time of about 2 hours at 20 °C.
