Mortero Alisados BMA 4502

BMA 4502 Smoothing Mortar is a white, fine-finish mortar developed to renovate, level, fill, and smooth both interior and exterior surfaces. It offers exceptionally high adhesion and can be applied to concrete, cement, stone, brick, plaster, stucco, drywall, mosaic tile, ceramic tile, and well-cured old paint. It is also suitable for patching, leveling, and renovating facades.

Its fiber-reinforced formulation provides a good combination of flexibility, strength, and workability. It has low water absorption, rapid strength development, no noticeable shrinkage, and can be applied wet-on-wet. The maximum recommended thickness is approximately 4 mm per coat, with a working time of about 45 minutes at 20 °C. Its approximate coverage is 1 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness. Beissier also notes that it can be sanded and painted after approximately 12 hours, without risk of efflorescence or color changes.
