Fondo Sellante Impermeable

Waterproof Sealing Primer is a liquid, single-component, solvent-free acrylic coating designed to create a barrier against water and air before installing subsequent tile coverings. It is suitable for waterproofing walls and floors against non-pressurized water and for preparing substrates prior to the application of ceramic tiles, cementitious or acrylic plasters, and other compatible finishes. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

One of its most interesting applications is waterproofing OSB panels, cement-based panels, and laminated gypsum boards, allowing for the creation of a continuous layer before the final finish. Its formulation, based on acrylic copolymers and mineral fillers, provides elasticity, water tightness, and reduced air infiltration, while maintaining water vapor permeability. In this way, it limits the entry of liquid moisture without turning the substrate into a completely vapor-impermeable barrier. It is supplied ready to use, which simplifies application and eliminates the need to mix components on-site.
