Beissier Rapid-Setting Cement Mortar is designed for urgent repairs that require very fast setting and strength development. It can be used to seal non-pressurized water leaks, repair concrete pipes and tanks, create joints in downspouts, and make fastenings or repairs on damp surfaces. It can be used indoors and outdoors and mixed with one to three parts sand to prepare rapid-setting plastering mortars.

It is formulated with mineral fillers and hydraulic binders, is gray in color, and has a particle size of less than 0.5 mm. It offers a compressive strength greater than 15 N/mm², corresponding to Class M15 according to EN 998-2, and a fire reaction rating of A1. Once set, it is waterproof, moisture-resistant, and weather-resistant, and does not shrink or crack. It develops high mechanical strength in approximately 15 minutes, and Beissier indicates that the coating can withstand loads after about 20 minutes.

Mix with approximately 0.30 liters of water per kilogram of product. It can be applied with a trowel or putty knife at temperatures between 5 and 30 °C. Its working time is very short—about 5 minutes at 20 °C—so small batches should be prepared. The approximate drying time is 24 hours, and the approximate coverage is 1.5 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness.
