Aguaplast Standard Instantáneo

Aguaplast Standard Instant is a ready-to-use filler designed for small repairs that need to be prepared quickly for finishing. It fills fissures, cracks, and holes caused by screws, nails, or other minor damage on walls and ceilings. It adheres to plaster, stucco, drywall, cement, concrete, brick, wood, acrylic paints, and polystyrene, making it easy to perform common repairs on a wide variety of surfaces.

Its formulation contains acrylic resins, mineral fillers, and additives. It is white in color, has an approximate density of 1.65 g/cm³, a pH between 8 and 9, and a particle size of less than 100 µm, providing a very fine finish. It is classified according to UNE-EN 16566 as G3S1V0W0A0C0R0. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, although for outdoor applications it must be subsequently protected with a suitable coating.

It is recommended to knead the tube before use. It can be applied directly through the nozzle or spread with a putty knife. Beissier specifies a maximum thickness of 2 mm per coat; to fill deeper areas, apply successive coats, allowing each to dry before applying the next. Its main advantage is its drying time—approximately 15 minutes at 20 °C—after which it can be sanded and painted. Apply between 5 and 35 °C on dry, clean, firm surfaces free of dust or grease.
