The ARTIC AN-1 Wide O-Ring is designed to create a watertight seal between compatible components in plumbing systems and fixtures. Its circular cross-section allows the seal to compress when the parts are assembled, filling the space between the contact surfaces and helping to prevent water leaks at the joint.

The AN-1 variant measures 2.9 × 1.78 mm and has a black finish. Alfa Dyser describes it as a high-strength O-ring and specifies a circular cross-section of 1.78 mm. It is sold in bags of 100 units, a convenient format for keeping spare parts of the same size on hand for installation and maintenance work.

The ARTIC range of wide O-rings is particularly extensive and includes models from AN-1 to AN-30, each with specific dimensions. These include AN-1 — SKU 48761; AN-4 — SKU 48806; AN-22 — SKU 49659; as well as all other intermediate and larger sizes.
