The 18 mm STEIN Self-Locking Cutter is a practical tool for cutting paper, cardboard, leather, fabric, rope, and other materials commonly used in assembly, packaging, renovation, and maintenance work. Its 18 mm size offers a good balance between cutting capacity and ease of use.

It features an 18 mm SK2 steel blade with break-off segments, allowing you to quickly replace the cutting edge when it becomes dull. The handle itself features a groove designed to facilitate blade separation along the marked lines.

The body is made of polycarbonate and rubber and incorporates an automatic locking system to hold the blade in the selected position. It also has storage capacity for two blades and is compatible with STEIN replacement blades 13071 and 47622.
