The STEIN Sanding Belt, measuring 75 × 533 mm with 60-grit, is designed for working on large surfaces with compatible sanders. Its relatively coarse grit size is particularly well-suited for roughing, stripping, and initial preparation before moving on to finer sanding stages.

It uses high-quality aluminum oxide and features a fabric-reinforced backing. Alfa Dyser highlights its abrasion resistance and its antistatic and anti-clogging properties—features that are particularly valuable during continuous work that generates dust.

It is primarily intended for wood, although it can also be used on aluminum, fiberglass, rubber, plastic, and non-ferrous metals when the application is suitable. It comes in packs of five belts, and an 80-grit version is also available for a less aggressive finish.
