SikaRep®-2200

SikaRep®-2200 is a single-component, thixotropic, fast-setting, shrinkage-compensated cementitious mortar. It is classified as R2 and is suitable for spot repairs on horizontal and vertical surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

It is suitable for repairing concrete defects, rebuilding edges, filling cavities, creating half-round corners, and securing frames, subframes, and small non-structural anchors. Its cohesive consistency facilitates manual application without sagging and provides a smooth finish.

It can be applied in layers ranging from 5 to 50 mm thick. Its pot life is approximately seven minutes, so only the amount that can be applied immediately should be mixed. It develops strength rapidly and can be painted approximately two hours later at 23 °C. It contains no chlorides or metallic aggregates and is supplied in 25-kg bags.
