SikaRep®-111

SikaRep®-111 is a thixotropic cementitious mortar formulated to repair and coat substrates prior to applying paint or other finishes. It can be used on concrete, cement facades, stone, brick, and similar mineral-based materials.

Its consistency makes it easy to work with on vertical surfaces and allows for filling in irregularities, small defects, and deteriorated areas without the product sagging. It offers high adhesion and is easy to spread and finish.

Once cured, it forms a layer that is impervious to rainwater yet vapor-permeable, helping to protect the substrate without impeding its breathability. At a minimum thickness of 3 mm, it helps prevent the appearance of efflorescence. Its fast drying time allows the surface to be painted after approximately 48 hours, depending on environmental conditions. It is supplied in gray and in 25-kg bags.
