Sikament®-200 R

Sikament®-200 R is a chloride-free superplasticizer additive developed to achieve and maintain high concrete workability for longer than with conventional superplasticizers. Its prolonged effect facilitates transport, pumping, and placement under high temperatures or during extended construction periods.

It is particularly suitable for concrete pumped over long distances, heavily reinforced structures, diaphragm walls, bridges, high-quality exposed concrete, and projects carried out at temperatures above 25 °C. It can also be used in mortars and concrete for radiant floor systems.

Its high water-reduction capacity results in more compact, watertight concrete with higher ultimate mechanical strengths. Additionally, it reduces segregation and bleeding, improves workability, and shortens the required vibration time. The recommended dosage is between 1% and 1.5% of the cement weight.
