SikaFill®-365 Terrace

SikaFill®-365 Terrace is a water-based, elastic coating formulated with styrene-acrylic copolymers. Once dry, it forms a continuous, flexible, and waterproof film capable of accommodating the expansion and contraction movements of the substrate.

It is suitable for waterproofing accessible roofs, terraces with Catalan tile, concrete, mortar, roof tiles, fiber cement, wood, zinc, aluminum, and certain asphalt membranes. It can also be used on party walls, gutters, chimney flashings, and localized repairs.

It offers good adhesion to numerous materials, weather resistance, and the ability to bridge microcracks. It is applied cold using a brush, roller, or suitable application systems onto a firm, clean surface. It is available in white, gray, rust red, and brick red, in 5- and 20-kg containers.
