Sikadur®-52 Injection LP

Sikadur®-52 Injection LP is a two-component, low-viscosity, high-strength epoxy resin developed to fill and seal cracks, fissures, and voids in structures. Its high fluidity facilitates penetration into narrow openings via pressure injection or gravity flow.

It is suitable for concrete and mortar structures, such as bridges, columns, beams, foundations, walls, slabs, and tanks. It also exhibits good adhesion to stone, steel, and wood. Upon curing, it bonds the existing sections together and helps restore the structural integrity of the element.

Filling the cracks creates a barrier against water infiltration and helps limit the progression of rebar corrosion. The substrate may be dry or damp to the touch, but the cracks must not contain flowing water. Injection must be performed using appropriate equipment and following a procedure adapted to the width and depth of each crack.
