Sikadur®-42+ LE Warm Climate

Sikadur®-42+ LE Warm Climate is a three-component, pre-dosed, moisture-tolerant epoxy grout. It is designed for precision grouting under static or dynamic loads, especially in environments and on substrates with high temperatures.

It is used under machine bases, compressors, pumps, motors, turbines, rails, bridge supports, precast elements, and equipment subject to vibrations. It is also suitable for filling voids and performing work where high load-bearing capacity and uniform load transfer are required.

It offers high initial and final strength, good flowability, shrinkage-free curing, and resistance to impacts, vibrations, and numerous chemical agents. It can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 25 to 300 mm and is suitable for ambient temperatures from +15 °C to +40 °C. The three components are supplied in the correct proportions to facilitate homogeneous mixing.
