Sikadur®-31+

Sikadur®-31+ is a two-component, thixotropic, moisture-tolerant epoxy resin adhesive with very low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. It is used to bond and repair numerous common construction materials in professional applications and maintenance work.

It is suitable for bonding concrete, mortar, stone, ceramic, fiber cement, steel, iron, aluminum, wood, and glass. It can also be used to repair concrete elements, fill non-moving joints, seal cracks, and restore edges and small structural defects.

It offers high initial and final mechanical strength, good abrasion resistance, and excellent adhesion to dry or damp, non-glossy concrete. It requires no primer, cures without shrinkage, and can be applied to walls or ceilings without sagging. It allows for thicknesses of up to 30 mm in a single coat and forms a waterproof barrier against most liquids and water vapor.
