Sika® Separol®-32 V Vegetal

Sika® Separol®-32 V Vegetal is a ready-to-use, solvent-free form release agent formulated from plant-based raw materials. It prevents concrete, mortar, or surface grout from adhering to the formwork, facilitating formwork removal and improving safety during application.

It is suitable for both on-site construction and precast plants. It can be used with vibrated or self-compacting concrete, with normal curing or steam curing up to 60 °C, and on metal, plastic, wood, polyester, or elastomer forms.

It is applied undiluted, forming a thin, uniform film using a spray gun, brush, or roller. It leaves no oil stains, even on white or colored concrete, and allows for the subsequent application of paints or coatings. Its approximate coverage is 30 to 50 m² per liter, depending on the condition and type of formwork.
