Sika MonoTop®-612

Sika MonoTop®-612 is a single-component cementitious mortar, reinforced with synthetic resins, silica fume, and polyamide fibers. It is designed to repair and reconstruct deteriorated concrete elements, meeting the requirements of Class R3 in accordance with UNE-EN 1504-3.

It allows for the restoration of concrete on vertical surfaces and ceilings, the repair of spalling and loss of cross-section, the leveling of substrates prior to painting, and the grouting of precast elements. It can be used in buildings, bridges, and infrastructure, as well as to increase the cover of reinforcing bars.

It only needs to be mixed with water and can be applied manually or by wet spraying. It is applied in layers ranging from 5 to 30 mm, offers high mechanical strength, and provides good adhesion to concrete, stone, and brick, typically without a primer. Its uniform finish is ready to receive paints or protective coatings.
