Sika MonoTop®-4200 Multi Flow

Sika MonoTop®-4200 Multi Flow is a single-component, fiber-reinforced, sulfate-resistant cementitious mortar. Its water content can be adjusted to achieve a thixotropic, sprayable, or fluid consistency, making it suitable for various repair and reinforcement methods.

It is suitable for repairing spalling, increasing reinforcement cover, and reinforcing concrete structures in buildings, bridges, infrastructure, and marine environments. It can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces and ceilings, as well as poured into formwork and hard-to-reach areas.

It offers high initial and final strengths, very low shrinkage, good adhesion, and abrasion resistance. It can be applied manually, by pumping, or by wet spraying. It can be applied in thicknesses of up to 80 mm in a thixotropic consistency and up to 60 mm in a fluid consistency. Its high pH helps protect reinforcing bars, and it is chloride-free.
