Sika FastFix®-138 TP

Sika FastFix®-138 TP is a pre-dosed, single-component cementitious mortar developed for quick leveling, supporting, anchoring, and filling applications. It is particularly suitable for manhole and inspection chamber frames, telecommunications boxes, street furniture, road joints, and localized repairs to concrete slabs.

It can be prepared with a semi-dry consistency for support applications or with a plastic, fluid consistency for fixing and filling. It offers good adhesion to concrete and asphalt, and its dark gray color facilitates integration with road pavements. For larger-scale projects, clean aggregates can be added.

It allows for the road to be opened to traffic after approximately two hours at 20 °C. It is applied in thicknesses of up to 80 mm, and each 25-kg bag yields approximately 12 liters of mortar. It contains no chlorides or additives that promote corrosion.
