Sika FastFix®-136 Road

Sika FastFix®-136 Road is a black, single-component, shrinkage-compensated hydraulic microconcrete designed to repair and maintain areas subject to vehicular traffic. It can be used for pavement patching, access ramps, and anchoring and sealing manhole covers, manholes, gratings, storm drains, electrical boxes, and street furniture.

Its rapid setting reduces traffic disruption time. It reaches a compressive strength of at least 20 MPa within two hours and offers high ultimate mechanical strength. Its color, similar to asphalt, provides a more discreet visual integration into roadways and urban pavements.

The consistency can be adjusted from plastic to fluid by using between 2.1 and 2.5 liters of water per bag. A 25-kg bag yields approximately 12 liters. At 20 °C, it can withstand medium traffic after about two hours and heavy traffic after about four hours.
