Sika® Desencofrante LN

Sika® LN Release Agent is a ready-to-use, mineral oil-based agent that prevents concrete or mortar from adhering to formwork. It is suitable for all types of formwork, but is particularly well-suited for metal surfaces and projects where a smooth finish is desired.

Apply with a brush to clean, dry formwork; no dilution is required. It can be applied immediately before concrete placement or several days in advance, as it remains effective and does not require a waiting period before pouring the concrete.

The approximate coverage is one liter per 10–20 m², depending on the substrate. It facilitates cleaning, reduces wear on the forms, and extends their reusability. When the concrete surface is to be painted or plastered later, it must be thoroughly washed with water and a brush after form removal.
