Facade Protection and Finishing
Sika’s COTEGRAN NG is a single-coat mortar designed to create continuous decorative coatings and protect facades from rainwater. Its fine-scraped finish provides a uniform texture suitable for new construction and renovation projects.
Application and Performance
It can be applied manually or using a mortar spray machine. It offers good adhesion to the substrate, adequate mechanical strength, and water vapor permeability, promoting the building envelope’s breathability. To achieve proper results, the surface must be sound, clean, and free of materials that could reduce adhesion.
System and Packaging
Depending on the type of substrate and the facade’s requirements, it can be combined with COTEGRAN Primer and reinforced with COTEGRAN Mesh 115. It is available in 25-kg bags and in various shades according to the manufacturer’s color chart.
