ULTRAPLAN RENOVATION

Mapei’s Ultraplan Renovation is a fiber-reinforced, self-leveling cementitious mortar, specially developed to renovate new or existing interior floors with significant irregularities.

It allows for leveling thickness differences ranging from 3 to 50 mm on concrete, cementitious screeds, terrazzo, stone, and other properly prepared compatible substrates. It is particularly suitable for residential or commercial renovations where work must be done on existing floors before installing a new finish.

The incorporated fibers improve the mortar’s cohesion and help distribute stresses generated on heterogeneous substrates or those subjected to higher demands. Its self-leveling consistency makes it easy to achieve a continuous and even surface, suitable for laying ceramic tile, stone, wood, or resilient flooring within the specified curing times. It can also be applied using a pump on large surfaces. Substrate preparation and priming should be selected based on the existing material and its condition.
