ULTRAPLAN ECO 20

Mapei’s Ultraplan Eco 20 is a fast-setting, fast-drying cementitious self-leveling mortar formulated to level interior substrates to typical thicknesses of 1 to 10 mm.

It is suitable for correcting unevenness prior to installing ceramic tile, natural stone, wood, carpet, linoleum, PVC, rubber, and other resilient flooring materials. It can be used on new or existing substrates, provided they are sound, dry, clean, and treated with the appropriate primer.

It offers high adhesion, compressive strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance, as well as a uniform surface finish. It can be applied manually or with a pump and can reach a thickness of up to 20 mm when mixed with compatible quartz aggregate. Ceramic tiles can be installed after approximately three hours, while resilient floor coverings and wood require about 12 hours. It has very low emissions, with an EMICODE EC1 Plus rating.
