ULTRACOLOR PLUS

Mapei Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious mortar for filling joints ranging from 2 to 20 mm in interior and exterior floor and wall tiles. It is suitable for ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, clinker, terracotta, natural stone, marble, granite, and glass or marble mosaics.

Its DropEffect® technology reduces surface water absorption and makes cleaning easier, while BioBlock® inhibits mold growth. Its anti-efflorescence formulation ensures compact, durable joints with uniform and long-lasting color. It is available in 40 colors that can be coordinated with Mapesil sealants.

The mixture remains workable for 20–25 minutes, and finishing is performed after 15–30 minutes. The flooring can withstand foot traffic after approximately three hours and is ready for use after 24 hours, or 48 hours in tanks and swimming pools. It is available in 2-, 5-, and 23-kg sizes and has an EMICODE EC1 Plus classification.
