ULTRACARE STAIN PROTECTOR W

Mapei’s UltraCare Stain Protector W is a colorless, water-based protector that reduces the absorption of water, oils, and grease on unpolished porous surfaces, while maintaining their natural appearance.

It is suitable for natural stone, unpolished marble and granite, fired clay, terracotta, brick, terrazzo, hydraulic tiles, and reconstituted cementitious materials. It can be applied to flooring, wall coverings, countertops, and both interior and exterior surfaces.

It is ready to use and is applied in one or two coats using a brush, mop, or microfiber cloth. Excess product must be removed before it dries, typically after 5–10 minutes. It does not form a film, maintains breathability, and does not significantly alter color or slip resistance. It can withstand foot traffic in approximately two hours and offers an approximate coverage of 10 to 20 m² per liter per coat.
