General Description
Mapei’s UltraCare Stain Protector W Plus is a water-based polymer emulsion with water- and oil-repellent properties, formulated to protect surfaces from water, oils, greases, and substances that can cause stains.
Main Applications
It is suitable for terracotta, brick, natural stone, marble, granite, terrazzo, cement tiles, porcelain stoneware, and reconstituted cementitious materials. It can be applied to flooring, wall cladding, countertops, work surfaces, and surfaces in bathrooms or kitchens, both indoors and outdoors.
Protection and Finish
It penetrates the material without forming a surface film and preserves the original color, luster, and breathability, even on polished finishes. It facilitates cleaning and subsequent maintenance, offers good stability against sunlight, and can be applied to slightly damp surfaces. Once treated and completely dry, the material is suitable for contact with food.
