ULTRACARE RUST REMOVER

Mapei’s UltraCare Rust Remover is a professional, water-based, acid-free cleaner with a thick consistency, specifically formulated to remove superficial or deep rust stains.

It can be used on ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, natural stone, and acid-sensitive materials, including polished limestone. Its thick texture concentrates the action on the stained area, reduces waste, and facilitates treatment of horizontal or vertical surfaces.

The surface must first be moistened with water. Apply the product to the stain, forming a layer 1 to 3 mm thick. As it reacts with the rust, it turns violet, indicating that it is working. It must be removed and rinsed thoroughly within the next 5–10 minutes. If any residue remains, the treatment can be repeated. It comes ready to use in 125-ml containers.
