ULTRACARE GROUT PROTECTOR

Mapei’s UltraCare Grout Protector is a colorless, ready-to-use, water-based protective treatment designed to reduce the absorption of dirt and stains in cementitious grout and technical porcelain tile.

It is suitable for fully cured joints made with cementitious mortars and for through-body porcelain tile surfaces. It can be used on interior and exterior floors and walls, including bathrooms, kitchens, and areas subject to frequent cleaning.

Spray evenly onto a clean, dry surface, spread it with a mop or microfiber cloth, and remove any excess before it dries. It does not significantly alter the color, gloss, breathability, or slip resistance. The floor can be walked on after approximately two hours and used in damp environments after 12 hours. A 0.75-liter container treats up to 30 m² of porcelain tile or more than 800 linear meters of grout lines.
