General Description
Mapei’s UltraCare Grout Cleaner is a professional-grade, concentrated, ready-to-use alkaline cleaner specifically designed for the deep cleaning of cementitious and epoxy grout joints.
Main Applications
It is designed to restore grout joints that have become discolored or soiled by grease, soap, dust, and organic residues. It can be used on interior or exterior walls and floors covered with porcelain tile, ceramic tile, clinker, terracotta, glass mosaic, cementitious tiles, and unpolished natural or artificial stone.
Application and Limitations
Spray directly onto the grout lines, let it sit for a few minutes, and scrub with a suitable brush before rinsing with clean water. Its ready-to-use formula facilitates quick and targeted application, allowing you to clean the grout lines without needing to immediately restore their color. It should not be applied to polished natural or artificial stone, nor to surfaces protected with waxes that are sensitive to alkaline cleaners. Its residual CO₂ emissions are fully offset.
