General Description
Mapei UltraCare Deep Protector is a colorless, water-based, high-performance protective treatment designed to reduce the risk of mold formation and recurrence.
Main Applications
It is suitable for interior and exterior stone walls, plastered surfaces (including painted ones), cementitious surfaces, terracotta, joints, ceramic tiles, glass, and clinker. It is particularly useful in bathrooms, kitchens, basements, laundry rooms, and areas with frequent moisture or limited ventilation.
Protection and Application
It is used as a final treatment after thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the surface, preferably with UltraCare Deep Cleaner or another compatible cleaner. It forms an invisible protective layer that helps prevent blackening and the unsightly appearance of mold colonies without significantly altering the appearance of the substrate. It should be sprayed evenly onto a clean, dry surface. Do not apply to wood, metals, plants, or fabrics. It is recommended to first test for compatibility on an inconspicuous area.
