ULTRABOND MS RAPID

Mapei Ultrabond MS Rapid is a single-component, deformable, and thixotropic installation adhesive formulated with silane-modified polymers. It provides high initial adhesion through a suction cup effect and rapidly develops high final mechanical strength.

It bonds concrete, brick, stone, wood, metal, ceramic, glass, painted surfaces, and numerous plastics. It is suitable for baseboards, window sills, panels, hardwood flooring, roof tiles, gutters, cladding, precast elements, and insulation or acoustic materials. It can be applied indoors and outdoors, even on temporarily damp substrates.

It is applied with a caulking gun in beads onto solid, clean surfaces. The bead can be repositioned for approximately five minutes, and the adhesive cures in about two hours. It contains no silicones, isocyanates, or solvents; it is paintable and holds EMICODE EC1 Plus certification. It is supplied in 300-ml white cartridges.
