General Description
Mapei’s Ultrabond Eco V4 SP is a universal, water-based, solvent-free acrylic adhesive with extended open time, designed for the professional installation of resilient or textile floor and wall coverings in interior spaces.
Main Applications
It is suitable for installing PVC, vinyl, rubber, polyolefin, linoleum, carpet, and textile wall coverings on absorbent, stable, and properly prepared substrates. Its versatility allows for the use of a single adhesive in numerous residential, commercial, and public-use installations.
Application and Performance
It comes ready to use and is spread evenly with a notched trowel, selecting the appropriate notch size based on the covering and substrate. It offers good initial adhesion, ease of application, and a long open time that facilitates the positioning of the tiles. Its approximate coverage is between 0.25 and 0.40 kg/m². It has very low emissions of volatile organic compounds.
