PURTOP EASY

Mapei’s Purtop Easy is a single-component, elastic, ready-to-use liquid polyurethane membrane designed to create continuous, waterproof coatings without joints or overlaps.

It is suitable for waterproofing new or existing roofs, terraces, balconies, ramps, walkable surfaces, and green roofs. It can be applied to concrete, cementitious screeds, ceramic tiles, fiber-cement, asphalt shingles, and metals, using the appropriate primer for each substrate.

It offers high elasticity, crack-bridging capability, resistance to standing water, foot traffic, and root penetration. It is typically applied in two coats, with an approximate waiting time of 24 hours between coats. A total coverage rate of 2 kg/m² yields a dry film thickness of approximately 1.2 mm. It is available in white, gray, and red, in 15- and 25-kg containers.
