PRIMER SN

Mapei Primer SN is a two-component, filler-reinforced epoxy primer formulated to prepare concrete substrates and cementitious screeds prior to the installation of continuous resin flooring or special cementitious systems.

It is used as a bonding coat for products in the Mapefloor and Ultratop lines, in both commercial and industrial settings. It can be applied to solid, dry, and properly prepared substrates, helping to level the surface, seal porosity, and promote adhesion with subsequent layers.

Components A and B are mixed until a homogeneous product is obtained, which can be colored with Mapecolor Paste when required by the system. It is spread with a smooth trowel or roller and is typically sprinkled with quartz sand while still fresh. It can be applied at temperatures between +8 °C and +35 °C and reaches full cure in approximately seven days. Coverage varies depending on the porosity, roughness, and configuration of the floor.
