PLANITOP RASA & RIPARA

Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero by Mapei is a single-component, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced, fast-setting cementitious mortar for repairing and leveling concrete surfaces.

It is suitable for rebuilding small damaged areas, repairing edges, surface defects, pitting, and spalling, as well as for smoothing concrete elements before applying paints or protective coatings. It can be used on walls, ceilings, and horizontal surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

Its thixotropic consistency facilitates application with a trowel or float without sagging. It allows for both repair and finishing with the same product, reducing the number of work steps. It is classified as a non-structural mortar of Class R2 according to EN 1504-3, has very low emissions of volatile organic compounds, and belongs to the Zero line, with residual CO₂ emissions offset over its life cycle.
