PLANITOP RASA & RIPARA R4

Planitop Rasa & Ripara R4 Zero by Mapei is a structural, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced, fast-setting cementitious mortar, classified as R4 according to EN 1504-3.

It is suitable for repairing and leveling concrete elements such as columns, beams, balconies, floor edge edges, precast panels, and surfaces affected by spalling or deterioration. It allows for the reconstruction of damaged areas and the application of a finish using a single product.

It is applied with a trowel or float, without the need for formwork, in thicknesses ranging from 3 to 40 mm per layer. Its compensated shrinkage and high adhesion promote compact and durable repairs. The mixture has a workability of approximately 15 minutes; therefore, only the amount that can be applied within that time should be prepared. Its Zero formulation fully offsets residual CO₂ emissions throughout its entire life cycle.
