Ampliar Description
General Description
Mapei’s Planitop HDM Maxi is a two-component, fiber-reinforced, high-ductility cementitious mortar developed for leveling and structurally reinforcing masonry substrates.
Main Applications
It is suitable for walls, arches, vaults, and other elements constructed of stone, brick, or tuff. It is used specifically as the matrix for reinforced systems combined with Mapegrid G 120, Mapegrid G 220, or Mapegrid B 250 mesh.
Application and Performance
It can be applied manually with a trowel or float, or using a plastering machine, achieving thicknesses of up to 25 mm. The mixture remains workable for approximately one hour at +20 °C and has an approximate coverage rate of 1.85 kg/m² per millimeter. It is supplied in 31.25 kg kits and is classified as R2 mortar according to EN 1504-3 and G-M25 according to EN 998-2.
