PLANITOP 210

Mapei’s Planitop 210 Zero is a single-component, water-repellent cementitious mortar with a fine, natural texture, designed for leveling and finishing interior and exterior surfaces.

It is suitable for leveling concrete elements, cementitious or mixed-mortar plaster, and existing plastic coatings or paints that are clean, sound, and well-adhered. It allows surfaces to be prepared before applying compatible paints and decorative finishes.

It is applied with a trowel in layers up to 3 mm thick, forming a uniform surface with a fine troweled finish. The mixture remains workable for approximately one hour at +20 °C, and the approximate coverage is 1.45 kg/m² per millimeter. It is available in white and gray, in 25-kg bags. Its water-repellent formulation improves surface protection against water, and it is part of the Zero line, whose residual CO₂ emissions are offset.
