PLANITOP 200

Mapei Planitop 200 is a single-component, water-repellent cementitious plaster with a fine troweled finish, designed to level and finish interior and exterior surfaces.

It is suitable for concrete surfaces, cementitious plasters, and plastic, glass, or porcelain tiles that are firm and properly adhered. It allows for the correction of minor irregularities and creates a uniform base before applying compatible paints or decorative coatings.

Mix with 20–23% water and apply with a trowel in layers 1 to 3 mm thick. A maximum thickness of 6 mm can be achieved by applying two layers with Mapenet 150 in between. The mixture remains workable for approximately 90 minutes at +20 °C. Its approximate coverage is 1.3 kg/m² per millimeter of thickness. It is available in white and gray, in 25-kg bags, and complies with EN 998-1 and EN 1504-2 standards.
