PLANITOP 100

Mapei Planitop 100 is a single-component, thixotropic, fine-grained, fast-setting cementitious mortar designed for localized repairs and finishing of cementitious surfaces.

It is used to level surface defects in precast concrete, beams, columns, facades, and plaster. It also allows for the repair of small spalls and creates a uniform surface prior to applying paints or protective coatings.

It is applied with a trowel or float in thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm when used undiluted. For repairs ranging from 3 to 30 mm, it can be mixed with 30% sand with a maximum particle size of 2 mm. The mixture remains workable for about 20–30 minutes and sets in approximately 60–90 minutes. Coverage is 1.3 kg/m² per millimeter when used undiluted, and it is available in 25-kg bags. It complies with the requirements of the EN 1504-2 standard.
